An ok starter kit but won't last long
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the first Pyrography Kit I have bought and wanted just to 'give it a go'.
It wasn't expensive, so reasonable value and is easy to use, but having only used it a few times, the brass ends (being soft when hot) are already losing their shape due to the heat that they have to get to.
This may be the same with any kit, I don't know but due to this, the ones I have used are losing their screw threads and are almost impossible to fit into the handle.
It is also a very slow process waiting for them to cool down before they can be swapped over.
Its an OK starter set if you have never done it before but anyone with previous experience would be disappointed.

Good value for the price.
Worked very well in the rain.
Has a good sized hole underneath to go over cleats.
Had to sew a small tab on to put my laces through to stop it sliding forward off my foot.

Mice are not stupid.
Despite putting in various foods, including chocolate and peanut butter, mice are not tempted into this trap. Still haven’t caught the little blighters.
