  Ran into a situation where the listing was “for parts only” but in description and via message seller confirmed the unit was tested twice - no issues noted. Thus priced relatively high because of implied condition. Unit arrived not working and in a manner that contradicted the seller’s claims of testing and no issues noted. Evidence was provided on my side via diagnostic test, and a return was agreed upon. Not a pleasant situation for either party.

  This was listed for parts/not working/ no returns. They threatened feedback extortion, unless I accepted a return. I have contacted eBay about this, and will be reporting this as a fraudulent return. The listing description is very clear and concise. Upon the return, I will be escalating this to a fraud case.
