One speaker is insightful Together as a pair are the very purpose of necessity.
this box was in bad condition but the speaker box was in great condition and the speaker was great condition this seller is to be trusted and loving the speaker and recommend anyone who wants accurate sounding music without using a equalizer if you own two which I highly recommend and setup it at 5.1 sound format at 96kHz 24bit format on PC and 5.1 for also Xbox while normally on stereo it's even louder together 5.1 is quite softer but more expansion to overall channels allowing them be heard.
I would definitely shared the audio test to prove both together are so wonderful. you can even believe that at it's price it'll replace the bother of traditional setup for speakers although this speaker is powerful the longer you keep it at max volume the hotter it'll get I recommend keeping it or a pair near a good fan or air conditioning that can keep them cool.
-it sounds much better maxed out while it can be heard all the details at lower volume 30 or so is too quiet and the true beauty of it's power can only be heard at max although I dare say if you also have the money buy both together I can only imagine how insane two I phantom golds sound together alas just buying two of these will cost you over 2k but two golds will cost 7k so believe me just two of these would be more than good enough unless you're a DJ and want easy time taking them and having nice gig for a good gig you'll need at least 4 phantom golds to spread out through the event.
--the devialet website has custom speaker order for those that need 4 gold speakers that can produce many sound channels and power to keep the crowd going hard with the music.
if you can afford over 13k go for it... you'll not regret buying from devialet or owning these speakers.

This is a nice system to purchase for this price.
The product was as big as I imagined it and pretty decently loud not enough to bother me but as loud as I was desiring for and to be honest as an audiophile it took a bit of time to work around settings on the stereo system and on my phone & pc to get it to my exact sound I expected of it, as for taking it out of the box and buying batteries for the controller, the setup was pretty easy and took only a fraction of time I expected it to take to start using it, over all the setup was self-explanatory I love it though I thought this was the 4000 series and instead was the 4500 series which is ever so slightly different from the 4000 there's no LED lights and the sound can at times not separate the voice into the upper speakers that well like the 4000 series but other than that I'm pleased with it.
