Belkin SOHO KVM Switch DVI & USB KVM / audio / USB switch 2 port F1DD102L test

DVI dual-link supported!

For the whole work-from-home situation, I needed specifically DVI, and dual-link, which provides much higher resolution than just DVI. This KVM switch has it. The ability to switch video input independent of audio input, I thought, wouldn't be of much use, but it's nice to have. (I haven't seen it in other DVI KVM's.) Size-wise, it could probably be smaller, as the case size is the same for their 4 input version, but it's fine - more space to fiddle with the cables on the back. It does use power, so will take an outlet spot. The status LED's are very bright. Overall, if you need a DVI KVM switcher that supports dual-link, this is the one to get.

Easy to install, revived an old turntable

I wanted to get an old turntable, a Technics SL-BD24, up and running again. The old belt became a gelatinous goop. This belt did the trick and was super easy to replace, especially with the video instructions referenced. I'm glad it's possible to get old turntables operational again.
