  DISHONEST! I purchased 10 Swarovski Figurines listed in "pristine" condition. When I received the package, 6 of them were broken and glued back together or missing pieces, hardly "pristine." This wasn't something that could be missed. I feel the seller created a dishonest listing. They said they would accept the return and even pay for return shipping, as if I would be responsible for shipping. Despite this, my time was wasted with opening and inspecting each item and going to the post office

  I quickly responded that buyer could return items and would issue him a refund after I received the items and packaging. Told him I was not a dishonest person, apologized, and told him I had not noticed any deficiencies. I also told him I was intending to mislead anyone. He told me he was going to leave this type feedback anyway but I could change it later. We had exchanged many email conversations but nothing was going to satisfy him.
