Well refined—a definite upgrade from lower cost alternatives!
The Mullard 6080 is a very refined tube by comparison to my other 6080 tubes. As it is the case with the 6080 it performs really well with the mids and the bass, but it is noticeably more refined, rendering details more confidently than—say—the GE 6080. Thicker sounding than my Svetlana 6N13s (6as7g), the Mullard brings in a generous amount of richly–rendered low to mid frequencies which is simultaneously very controlled and not exaggerated at all. Thus said, where the GE can be considered as 'fun' I would call the Mullard 'elegant'; therefore I'd say it's a great tube for jazz, blues, and vocal. Minor drawback I wouldn't consider it as 'fast', nevertheless it never fails to render even the most minute details with more authority than most of the other 6080. Other than the—significantly more expensive—GEC 6080 which I read is even better, I'd consider the Mullard a great choice if it fits your bill. At 30GBP/tube it can't be considered anything but a great value and definitely worth a try!

Backwards compatible with my ES-LV67
This is backwards compatible with my ES-LV67; IMO it's a smoother and more comfortable shave compared to the older shaver head, so I have to consider it as an upgrade! Recommended!

Quality product but it makes your Sony quite a bit larger...
Very good quality product, it feels premium in every respect. Unfortunately it adds quite a lot of bulk volume to a device that's very conveniently slim (especially compared to other hi-end DAPs at their price point), If you don't mind the added volume to your device, this case feels Sony Premium in every respect.
