Very very recycled.
These were supposed to be 14x17 recycled terry rags. They are of all sizes. Squares, rectangles. 12x12 to 20x12. I understand recycled and there are about half we can use, but the other half are not good.

Not Channellock Quality.
I don't know who made this for them, but it is not up to their usual quality. I hung this in my garage. The same day the hook on the top broke, it landed on my hot water heater and broke off the drain valve, flooding my garage. I had to hire a plumber and blah blah blah. Not worth it. I used it a couple times before trying to hang it. It worked fine, but the little 'safety spring' on the plugs at the end make it a pain in the ass to plug and unplug your tools as well.
