Nell McAndrew Peak Energy Workout
2 of 2 found this helpful This is the first of Nell McAndrew's workouts. I bought this because I presently have two of her other workouts, her second and third. I have not yet bought her new one for 2008. I really love the Ultimate Challenge i find it gives you a full body workout that has a great sound track. However this particular workout DVD, although very high impact and fast moving, i found quite boring. It is very repetitive. The soundtrack playing is quite boring too, just a similar fast moving beat throughout. The movements are the same over and over, it is a good workout don't get me wrong, i was sweating buckets by the end of it, also i did it last night and today i feel muscle pain where i forgot i had muscles (i run 3x a week too), so in that sense it does what its meant to do, but I do prefer at the moment the Ultimate Challenge workout. But i would say it is worth getting if you are used to high impact workouts and want to do something at home instead of your normal routine.

Wear heat resistant gloves
This item was for me to "try out" the craft of wood burning..... it is effective yet very tricky to hold. The handle DOES heat up too and became almost unbearable to hold. Wouldnt recommend for using for more than 15-20 mins at a time. So if its just short term use id definitely look to buying something alot more substantial than this. Or wear heat proof gloves when using!

Nokia 6630 Mobile Phone - unlocked
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this phone because my other nokia 6630 was faulty - the phone i bought is unlocked. I was with network 3 and although the new phone works for making calls and sending text messages it does not allow me to access the internet for downloading nor for sending or receiving picture/video messages - i would advise anyone not to bother buying an unlocked phone, i am currently looking to buy another nokia 6630 that is locked to 3. The phone in themselves are superb phones - picture quality for the size of the megapixels are great -they do take better pictures outside than indoors (quite grainy). Its not too bulky and the large screen is great also.
