This is a genuine item that fits perfectly.

Original part just primed - need to get it painted
Genuine replacement fits well. Shame they don't offer service to have it coloured and finished as only primed. Bit cheaper than local Toyota dealer but if you take into account another £40 quoted to paint it....Toyota this is a bit of a rip off for a bit of plastic.
