Pants were wore out ripped and snagged and in bad shape not wearable . Requested refund because of condition of pants seller did not cooperate and wanted to give me a partial refund (few dollars) I denied. After returning pants to seller received my Full refund!! Not happy terrible customer service!

I offered partial refund on $11.50 USED pants that were $50 brand new. Listing stated used. The pants were not ripped. Obviously, they were worn. Unfortunately, this person can't read listings. Once I received the pants back, I did refund the order. I didn't want to let this person keep my product for their inability to read listings properly. I would suggest buying only new merchandise in the future because of the lack of understanding on used clothes items.
