Well-constructed cable
Outer sheath is double layer, plus it's gel filled, so should be very water resistant.

Good replacement battery
Works just fine as a replacement for the original battery. The included tool kit with miniature screwdrivers was useful for opening the case, and I'll keep it for repairing other devices.

A good basic toothbrush
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a toothbrush that Oral-B used to sell in the US, and now only sells in Asia. No slanted bristles, and just a plain straight handle (no ergonomic curves, no soft rubber insets). I find it fits my hand better than any of the new designs. If you feel the same way, this is the model for you.
