    BUYERS BEWARE. Poorly packed barware set that arrived with one glass broken. I wrote to the seller and included a photo. Seller was very combative and twisted the situation to appear that I was trying to get over on one glass. Refused to acknowledge my photo that was sent 3 times.

    I've wanted and needed a tureen for years and when this one popped up at a fantastic price I couldn't resist. This is a pattern I collect and the tureen in in perfect condition.     One of the pieces arrived broken because she put the pieces in a large box and simply loosely wrapped them in paper and some bags.. the piece was snapped in half even the the box was in perfect condition. When I sent the seller a picture of the broken piece, they accused me of switching out with another piece I already had. I appreciated the efforts to get me the items, but don’t appreciate the poor packing job resulting in a broken piece. My original pieces on the right.. theirs on the left.
