Wine rack - need some effort to assemble
1 of 1 found this helpful A couple of feedback points. Firstly the wine rack parts were well packed and arrived undamaged. However, there is only a paper diagram showing the components and how they should be assembed. There was no installation instructions which should be included because the parts need to be put together the right way (eg. a particular side up).
However the most frustrating part about the assembly is that all the nuts have been partially screwed onto their bolts (inside of putting them all in a small bag) and painted together with the component parts. I have to physically unscrew each nut out and then assemble. Because the nuts are painted they are sometimes very hard to unscrew, hence the 3 hours of assembly time.
You should consider feeding this back to the manufacturer.
