You say that I did not communicate - this is because I was not aware of an issue. Your item was posted Royal Mail with an ID. I feel your review is unreasonable and vexatious and ask you to reconsider. I’m also happy to resend the item. …as you say, the cost is negligible, but there is a principle!

Impressive
1 of 1 found this helpful I had thought about the merits of a battery powered chainsaw every time I tried to start my old petrol model, and finally took the plunge with the DeWalt. It is amazing; quiet, powerful, quick to start (instant!), and easily the measure of my McCulloch and on a par with the neighbours Stihl for speed of cut. Battery life is well beyond expectation and charging was quick during a lunch break. I guess if this was to be used all day as a professional tool then the battery life may be an issue, but for all other applications I cannot fault it. (buy one before the end of October 2020 and there is a second battery free from DeWalt when you register the product - as well as a three year guarantee).

Depends what you want it for?
I am guessing that many of these have been sold to measure individual temperature for Covid risk. Around body temperature I found the readings to be inaccurate and inconsistent.... at face value I should have been suffering from Hypothermia not Covid at 31C.
Performed better in the Pizza oven, where +/- 10C makes little difference.
It's in the kitchen drawer with other novelty items

Lock it up....
I don't know anyone who has tried this and not been hooked! Lightweight, soap free, no smell.
Cons - the missus uses it as well, so now it's twice as expensive!!
