Ice cube Maker Machine Home Commercial Appliance 15kg/day Crystal Cubes Bar

Really unimpressed

The machine arrived with little protection. That said, there was no damage. The instructions are so minimal, that I have to say that there were none. Consequently, I have no idea if I'm using it correctly. It does produce ice. The cubes drop into the dispensing trough as one large chocolate bar like mass. So have to be smashed up with a spoon. It also leaks. The counter top and floor is now constantly wet. Looking for a home ice maker? Look elsewhere.
