  This guy seemed ok, but there was an issue with the item that wasn't disclosed, which required a refund. Even though he didn't want to, I think he knew he was in the wrong so he issued it. However, once he received the item, he never issued the refund $ and I had to get Ebay involved. I would make sure to ask a lot of questions before buying. Luckily you have Ebay if things go wrong.
