Perfect fan.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have extremely low ceilings in a part of my house that used to be a trailer that’s been modified. I wanted to find a way to mount fans but they would be way too low even a small 10 inch fan.
This one is perfect for the low ceilings and has a strong air flow. It’s very quiet like a normal ceiling fan would be, and you can take it down easily in the winter. I’m going to buy another 2 or 3 of them. I do wish there were more colors available tho. This is the only one I could find that was 110 / 120 volts for the USA. All the others on here are for Europe it seems. Anyway pink will have to do.
Only flaws I can see is that the hook gets a weird catch on the cord when I turn it on or off but isn’t an issue whatsoever once it’s running. The sound scared me dogs lol. The second issue is that it is on or off without any other settings like low or medium. I am considering testing it with a dimmer switch to see if I can create low / medium / high type settings.
If you can’t fit a ceiling fan in your place this is perfect for you. Also if you cant add a metal box to support a full fan, this is perfect. If your smaller fans are too loud to sleep, then this is your fan. It’s way way quieter than the mini round table top fan I have... and works way better too.
I will buy 3 more. One for my kitchen and an additional one for the bedroom. And one for the bathroom since I don’t have a built in fan there and this will be perfect. It doesn’t cover a huge area but the area it hit feels like it’s on high.
It’s exactly what I needed for my new place.
