Works as described, but poor sound quality
I had a great experience working with the seller, so this is not a knock.
I firmly believe they refurbed the product to the best of their ability, and this is a decent price for earbuds this caliber. But the earbuds weren't for me, so I returned them.
Notes about the product:
-Earbuds and charging case arrived exactly as expected.
-The charging case is lightweight and works great. The package does not include a USB-C charging cable, so you'll want to pick one up if you purchase this product.
-The earbuds charge quickly and seem to have a decent battery life (2-3 hours? I was admittedly not keeping super close track)
-The sound quality is unbearably tinny. Playing around with my phone's EQ didn't help much. Given the steepness of the (heavily discounted) price, I had much higher hopes. I imagine these would be alright for phone calls or podcasts, but they were highly disappointing for music.
