Great value, works perfectly

Great value! This part new from Lexus is over $600, which was about 1/4 of the Bluebook price of my ENTIRE aging 2003 GS. My Lexus dealer actually recommended finding one on eBay instead of trying to track down the part from them. This sun visor was from a salvaged vehicle and arrived in mint condition, no dirt or scratches. Just a little bit of fading on the stickers. Works great, install was simple, just snapped in the electrical joint and screwed on the bracket. It didn't come with the coverplate (the product description did indeed warn me of that) but I didn't care because I still had my original one. Make sure to check for that part if you replace this visor. I'd now highly recommend looking for salvaged parts when replacing items on older vehicles.
