great wifi
Hi, I had a similar wifi adapter that I paid 60 dollars for and this unit works just as good as that one did. It really does boost the signal very nicely. I live in a building that was built in the 1940's as a bomb shelter and they use metal eye beams instead of 2x4's. Just trying to get a signal through a couple of walls is an incredible feat, but this unit grand slams a strong 5 bar signal where other high powered wifi adapters only give 2 to 3 bars. Thank you for this very wonderful product at a very reasonable price.

nice antenna
3 of 3 found this helpful This antenna fixed all my problems. I had an array of indoor antennas including a mohu leaf powered antenna and separate line amplifiers handing every which way. I was always having to align them here and there throughout the day and didn't get a lot of the channels my neighbors were getting with a much simpler set up (I assume I was just in a very bad spot). After a 10 minute install and a directional allignment (looked up all the television transmitter locations online and distances from my location), I found the one transmitter that gave me all the channels that I wanted with very nice clarity. I am now enjoying television instead of fighting for a signal all day long. If your having problems with television reception, I would most definitely recommend giving one of these antenna's a try.

For being as old as it is (2007 or so), it's on par with my 2011 on board integrated video processor. It will tell you that you need to add a 6 pin pci express power adapter to the back of the card and it will automatically throttle down it's video capability until that has been done. So, by adding the extra power adapter it might surpass my integrated video in video quality and video processing. It's just a very old card and if you like the latest games, I would look for something newer.
