a bit noisy but seems to function.

from what I can tell, the product arrived as described. I took the unit to a local battery store to get what I hope is the appropriate battery. Tried the unit out, and it does work. The fan is a bit noisy, and appears to have a vibration. For the price, it is worth a shot.
