  Bare root orchid sent wrapped in wet kitchen roll and placed in a bubble wrap bag enclosed in a card envelope sent to me via Packlink/Evri,due to a cock up (presumably where the orchid was posted) the envelope went missing,I paid Royal Mail £5 to deliver a letter with no postage on it(and no return address)which turned out to be 4 bare root, not so happy cuttings which have slowly succumbed to rot due, no doubt, to the way they were packaged and taking nearly 2 weeks to arrive.
