A Great Stress Reliever!
I love COC Handgrippers. They are really built to last. I used to use those cheap plastic-handle grippers; what a joke!
These are the Real Deal! I started out with the 2.5 gripper. I quickly realized that maybe I should have started out a bit lower.
But with practice, I am now able to almost close them. Then I hold it until my strength fails.
I have caught people by surprise with my strong grip. I'm not a big guy and I am small-boned.
I now have the Trainer, the 1.5, the 2.0, and the 2.5.
Having four different strength levels makes for a fun workout.
I am glad I discovered these!
