Sony BDP-S7200 4K Wi-Fi Blu-ray Disc Player with Hi Res Audio

Nice, But Not Great

The BDP-S7200 as an upconverting player works fantastic, but it would've been nice to have had some instructions on how to get it to work properly with my Sony 4K TV. I had to do research online to find out why my Blu-ray's weren't showing 3820 x 2160. All I got was 1080/24 until I selected "Auto 2" in the 4K upconverting option on in Picture Settings. The menu system looks dated and is in desperate need of a redesign. Other than no instructions, the player seems to work as advertised. On the plus side, movies load super fast, Netflix streams well. I haven't tried Amazon Video yet. I read. ALOT of nasty rumors that it locks the player up and the only way to fix it is by unplugging the unit and plugging it back in after 30-45 seconds just to get the player operational again. I currently watch all my apps through my 4K tv. It would've been a nice option if this player was capable of streaming Ultra HD 4K content from Netflix, but oh well. I got a great deal on this player for $130 and so far I'm pleased with it's performance. Room for improvement though

Bought it for my daughter's Wii system. Stupid me though because she already had this game. I bought her the Guitar Hero set that has the guitar plus the game and I thought "Guitar Hero World Tour" was a seperate title I could get her to go along with the one she got with the set. Turns out it's the same game. I'm soooo retarded for not paying attention. Oh well.

Outstanding Laptop!

I decided to make the switch to Mac OS after my Windows laptop died and this Apple MacBook Pro fits the bill. It's lightweight, very powerful and is surprisingly easy to use. I've never used Mac OS and there is a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of where things and how to navigate it's quite simple to use. Love the snappy backlit keyboard and I'm banking on that Apple dependability for many years to come. Highly recommend for anyone on the fence
