Item damaged upon arrival.
Item was ordered for my 73yr old mother & delivered to her residential mailbox via USPS. Item appeared to have been packaged or repackaged upon arrival. Once the plastic bag was opened, the item was bent in several places, and the plastic sleeve that protects the cable from the elements of dirt & moisture was missing in some spots along the cable. We will probably be able to use it, however, I'm not sure how long it will last or how to repair it vs. sending it back for a replacement. I suggested a piece of heat shrink tubing or electrical tape over the exposed areas.

Great Product!
I recently purchased the product packaged in the small spray bottle. When it arrived I noticed the product had leaked out where the spray nozzle threads on to the bottle. It was screwed on tightly, so, I'm wondering if the carrier shipping time combined with the Georgia HEAT (which seems to thin the product's consistency when warmed up!), maybe the type of bottle used to package liquid should be reviewed? Just a thought. The product itself, however, is absolutely great!! I would like to see it in more retail shops, sporting good stores, auto part stores, etc....Thank you for representing & supporting our troops!
