Relatively very expensive.
Personally I am not sure that it helps me for long time. it does not publish instructions for how long it can be taken.

Do the frequent consumers really need 400mg per day ?

Just i would consider consuming less then 400mg per day. It seems too much for daily use in the long term, isn't it? Other suppliers offer smaller tablets with less amount per service.
