Terrific mic preamp & processor
For the times when you need live, real-time, compressor, gate & expander ... built together with a mic preamp, the DBX286 is the ticket. Inexpensive, works well.

I love these trimmers
They’re excellent for precise snipping plant material with sticky substances! Shipping takes some time, but it’s worth the wait!!

Commercial, but Certainly Useful for the Home
This is a large, tall unit suitable for commercial installations. However, it's certainly useful in a home setting. It's a 'pour-over' unit -- you pour water into it from a pitcher (i.e., it doesn't need to be directly plumbed to a water supply), and it brews ~13 cups at a time.
If you drink a fair amount of coffee (e.g., have three or more coffee drinkers), that's not too much ... and the airpot keeps the coffee hot for many hours. Additionally, if you have two or more airpots, you can have one caff & one decaf (which is what I do in my household of several coffee drinkers, where some are decaf-only).
It /will not/ fit under cabinets, however.
