All parts there but...
1 of 1 found this helpful The needles in all 4 carbs will not seat with these kits. I have adjusted the floats to the point of not being able to start the bike and it still overflows gas. Talked to a few people at shops about it, sounds like tolerances are off. Beware, quality could be hit or miss. But all 4 of my kits were a miss.
