Nice printer

Printer looks refreshed, prints good, and was delivered timely. Unfortunately, didn't come with all the memory or hard drive advertised, 128MB in lieu of 288MB and no 20GB hard drive. Messages not returned. We are using it, though disappointed not as advertised.
