Product is exactly as described
It would have been 5 stars but it took over a month to get it. But once seller realized i still didnt have it, I received it in about a week. Very nice support and very helpful.

Great Strings for a Great Price
1 of 1 found this helpful Since I have had trouble easily finding Smith bass strings over a decade ago, I decided to go to D'Addarios. When I purchased my current bass, I had to go with the Super Bright - Super Long set because of the scale of my bass. Since then, my tone has been transformed into a deep growl along with the brightness I expect out of my tone to cut thru the mix. These strings deliver every time with every new set. For me, the strings hold their brightness way longer than other strings. I have never broken a string during a performance and I have never had an issue with the quality of these strings. Each time I order my strings, they arrive packaged as expected and in arrive in the mail at a reasonable time. Unless quality issues arise or someone proves to me there is a far superior product out there, I dont plan on switching brands.
The music style I play is from classic rock to extreme metal. These strings also sound great in the studio.
