Unsure how to proceed. Collar does not charge. Will work on it as I love the concept.
I am unable to get the collar charged and able to turn on. The lights flicker when charging, never turn green. No reaction to the Remote seemed to be charged. I followed the charging directions but noticed the collar charge light never turned green. There is a red and green light that flickers while charging. I will attempt to change the battery but not sure why it will not charge otherwise.
