Factory second product- Likely brand new but with major defect
12 of 12 found this helpful These are sold as New-others, which mean they have some manufacturing defect AND therefore could not be sold to normal customers. The extender I got had very loose "plug in prongs". They could be pushed in the extender housing easily and therefor could not be plugged in an electrical outlet. If you are not tech savvy and are not looking forward to repair a extender yourself before you could use it, do not buy it.
