Color-by-Number: Mandalas: 30+ fun & relaxing color-by-number projects to engage
    Jul 18, 2019
color by number mandalas: 30 fun and relaxing color by number projects- It’s Okay
This is an okay color by number, but definitely not my favorite. There are three categories of pictures to color; beginner, intermediate and advanced, with 10 pictures of each category. The color key and answer key, is in the beginning of the book, so you have to flip back and forth or remove the page you’re coloring. There are also pages in the beginning with coloring techniques and tips and such. The beginner pages are very, very easy, almost child level, and are too simple in my opinion. The intermediate pages are excellent! They’re a really good mix of difficulty and straightforward coloring. The advanced ARE NOT color by number, as they’re blank, without numbers on them. You can look at the answer key, to see how the advanced are colored, however, they all have loads of shading and some sections have 3 colors blended into the one space. They’re beautiful pictures, but not at all straightforward for a color by number book. So out of the 30 pictures, 10 are way to easy for most adults wanting to color, 10 are very difficult with blending, shading and no numbers to color by on the picture and then 10 pictures are just right. I felt like I got 1/3 of a coloring book here. It’s an okay book, but there are definitely better color by number books available.
Brain Games Mosaic Pixel Puzzles Color By Letter Reveal Hidden Pictures Images
    Jul 14, 2019
Brain Games- Mosaic Pixel Puzzles 105 amazing puzzles!
Amazing variety of pictures. Small boxes that work well with colored pencils or fine tip gel pens. Pictures/puzzles are printed on both sides of the pages, so markers will not work. The spiral binding makes it easier to fold over pages to color. Pages are not perforated and there is a key and title on each page so not the kind of coloring to be framed or anything, this is more a “for fun” coloring book, not a creating a masterpiece book. The answer key in the back clearly shows what each picture is and even though the color key on each picture is only colored boxes and not a color name, the answer key in the back can help determine colors if it’s hard to tell what the colors are exactly on the color key. Overall a fun, coloring puzzle book with TONS of pictures.
Brilliantly Vivid Color-By-Number: Birds and Butterflies : Guided Coloring...

Brilliantly Vivid: Birds and Butterflies is AWESOME!
The Brilliantly Vivid books are my absolute, hands down, favorite color by number coloring books. Their designs are detailed but not overwhelming, are full of beautiful colors, have lots of pictures to color, the pages are nice and thick single sided pages with the best perforation I’ve ever seen in any coloring book ever! (The pages seriously just glide out like butter!) The finished pictures are pretty enough to frame! The book and pages are just slightly, shorter (height) and fatter (length) than the typical coloring book, it’s more square shaped than rectangular, but I think it’s easier to color that way. The color key is the same for all pictures in the book and the key shows the color and it’s name, so no guessing on which shade to use. They also have flaps on the cover with pictures showing all the pictures colored, so you know what to expect. I could just go on and on, I love absolutely every, single, little thing about this book. I own all three that they have and I’m hoping and praying they make more because these are the best I’ve ever seen!!
