Seems to be working....
Although it is not that comfortable to use, I feel that it is improving the circulation in my feet, which is the reason I bought it.

It works fine but...
1 of 2 found this helpful Fast service and a straight swap for my existing shower unit so simple to fit and works fine, but why did my old one break down after very little use - it was in a guest en-suite and had been used a dozen times - on examination a small internal screw had snapped making the unit leak - probably faulty from new so I will be crossing Gainsborough off my list from now on.
