Used to mount a small video camera onto a bridge camera in order to take both video and still photographs of sport action. This means I cannot use the camera eyepiece but instead use the folded camera screen as the video mounted above the camera blocks access to the eyepiece. This works ok but camera shake might be a problem in some cases. However, a neat solution to take both video and still shots simultaneously.
