Ordered a Banana Republic dress from this seller. Noticed that the item was yet to be shipped so I reached out to the seller. NO RESPONSE. About 7 days after I ordered it, I received notification from EBAY that my order was cancelled, and refund is on the way. The seller hasn't communicated with me once. PS. I tried to contact the seller prior to ordering to verify the authenticity of the item, the seller never replied. That should have been my first red flag. I ordered it anyway. Big mistake.
