Language problems
2 of 2 found this helpful I have used the MIFI and it works well, so am pleased with my purchase, but, it came in a box with no instructions apart from some very basic ones written on the box, in French! Then when I switched it on all the on screen instructions are in Chinese! I do not speak/read Chinese so this is a problem. I managed to work out the password I needed from a picture of a key, but that is it. There is a menu and maybe the language can be changed, but as I cannot read Chinese I'll never know, and I'll never know what the options on this menu are! It's not a cheap item so I would expect to be able to understand and read instructions on how to use it.
