Great addition to my classroom library
Love the alternative point of view this book gives.

Upsetting damages
I understand this is a used book. When I buy used, I'm aware there will be some damage. However, this book cannot be placed in my classroom library. Inside both covers someone has drawn two military tanks, grenades, and knives. The illustrations have been marked up as well. X's were placed over character's eyes to make them look dead. Eyebrows were changed to make them look angry. The word "ew" was also written in multiple locations with arrows pointing at the culturally diverse food.
The book itself is sweet. Just wish it wasn't ruined.
