  While the item is great and in complete working order, I would like the seller to be careful in the future when deciding whether to use the term “open box” or “used”. This item is CLEARLY been used and has scratches and dents in different parts of the remote. It works fine, but it is not open box. That said, it was packaged very well with a lot of care, and the shop price and cost was excellent. Great seller overall.

  Seller had tons of red flags lots of smoke & mirrors in the 30 +yrs I've been buying on eBay this is the sneakiest seller I've ever encountered. His MO Is to describe a used item as new & if the seller complains he offers a refund. But he knows not everyone can be inconvenienced & has time to ship back & wait for a refund & start shopping all over again. I paid for an item described 2 x's new that turned out to be used . He tried to say it was AI and not him, I got scammed DO NOT BUY ! ! !

  Seller messaged me saying "he sent me the wrong item" so I tried working it out without involving eBay but seller did not do as promised & send me the correct item in I timely matter so I escalated for eBay to help. I personally would not buy from again simply based off the seller not doing as promised after sending me the wrong item. And as I found out through messaging, the seller is not very knowledgeable of and is lacking understanding of eBay sales & shipping criteria.
