    I purchased item on 5/16/24. I them arrived late on 6/08/24 due to incorrect shipping. I was charged .64 cents from seller which is for a small white envelope. Item arrived in small padded package. When the item arrived, I was charged an extra $4.27 for postage by Post Office. I reached out to seller and sent picture of receipt from P O. First he said it isn't his fault and to contact EBAY. I tried to work with seller to no avail. Offered refund on card, but wouldn't pay the correct postage.
