unsure of its benefits
After taking stBilium for 3 weeks I am not sure of its effects.

Overall good product
0 of 1 found this helpful Bought as sleep and weight management. Works well, but like with any supplement, changes are slow and to be taken regularely. Still, much better than prescription drugs which have by far more side efects.
Probably better to take at evening.
