Back-lit Ergo! But typing needs forced heavy hand.
Simply having backlight on an ergonomic keyboard is fantastic, bonus for three color options.
Typing is horible. Keys are slow and heavy. On first regular use it missed 20 out of 100 key presses. Thats a lot of backspacing and corrections. I've started to type more heavy handed to match the resistance of the keystrike. Bear in mind, they keys do press down and "click" but if you are not pushing hard enough it still will not register the new character on screen. I've had significalntly more wrist and forarm issues due to RSI with the switch to heavy forced typing.
