Helps with hot flashes
I take it to help control hot flashes. It really works for me. I've taken it for a few years now.

Tastes great and works well for my leg cramps as well as stress.
2 of 2 found this helpful I really am glad that I ordered this. It helps with stress and my leg cramps have quit. I have only used the orange flavor and like it. Start out with half a teaspoon and work your way up to 2 teaspoons a day. This is a product that I definately don't want to be without!
