International Shipping price @US$22.71 was excessive & expensive even with Combined shipping with other 12" doll items. Seller needs to address this problem.     Ken doll jacket arrived today in excellent shape. It was in a small box, which surprised me because similar items from other sellers have been in bags, but the shipping for this item was less than that of the other sellers. The jacket has small rhinestone buttons, so the box did an excellent job of protecting those (although bubble wrap would've been fine, too). Very pleased with the purchase and service.

    I ordered these cups for one of my sons. I videoed excited to get to see him opening, however, we were both disappointed to see every single glass was broken. Nowhere on the box was the word “FRAGILE “ written. It was clear the seller didn’t package anything broken, rather, they must have broken once out of their possession in transportation process. I contacted the seller asking what people typically do in this situation. They responded immediately & refunded. Great service so I do recommend!!
