    Hi. Item finally arrived on Saturday 2/22. Thankfully was still intact, and was as described. Package job was well done, which probably helped keep it intact. Despite everything, it all thankfully worked out in the end. And I put the money that I was refunded towards another item. Thank you for your cooperation and good communication! I will never know what this CD went through over the past 4 weeks, but at least we can both rest easy knowing it arrived safely! Thanks again for everything!
