Great Tool to Have
2 of 3 found this helpful It is a good tool to have. It only take it about 15 minutes to do 7 kitchen knives. Easy to use. small enough for storage. Do not know about the quality because you can only use it to only 20 minutes there is a warning on the the Manual. Read the manual. Watch the DVD that comes with it. Also there is a You Tube Video that is very helpful. look for the title "Work Sharp Knife & Tool Sharpener - Advanced Tips & Techniques" follow the instruction and you will be set in 10-20 minutes. it will pay off in a year(I already did close to more than 20 knives and let say for 2 dollars a knive that is 40 need to do 60 more) and the time you spend in using the old fashion way this only take less than a minute if you keep your knife sharp a dull knife could take a few minutes. i am mechanically inclined and a DIY, so i do not know if this will work with people who are not, but the guide that comes with it is fool proof. i know spending this much money for a sharpener is a lot but i in my opinion it is a good deal if you like to sharpen your knives
