  Paid for this fragrance only to have the seller cancel the sale saying that he couldn’t ship to me because it was a hazardous material and that this was a new policy. The seller didn’t tell me before canceling or ask if I may be able to get it shipped somewhere else which I could have. I told the seller that I could arrange shipping and they didn’t reply. The seller instantly relisted the item for double the price and still offered the same shipping as they do with all there fragrances.
