The only option is positive but eBay is horrible. I provided a tracking number and it was confirmed that the seller received it, but eBay is holding my money. They are hold it simply because I am a new seller. And it’s not a 3 days hold but a 14 day hold for absolutely no reason. Further I asked them to make an exception this one time and they refused. On top of that I spoke to a representative that originally told me since it was clear the seller received the item I would get my money in 24 hr
