Ok for small cable.
They I run 2 cat5 cables and an extension cord. I have to let them perfectly flat to make them fit. It just takes a bit of time I wish they were a little wider and taller. Also they are plastic so may slide on concrete if a Dollie or wheel chair was to go over them.
