Raw Meal
When you are needing nutrients...this is a big help. Works well, great way to start the day, take a one gallon water bottle and cut it in two, take the top 1/3 and flip it over, the neck fits over a 1/2-3/4 full .5 liter water bottle threads to use as a funnel, tap the sides and the power flows in, cap the water bottle and shake, quick and easy.
